I am a professionally qualified, experienced masseur and personal trainer specialism in deep tissue massage, sports massage, or a lighter touch holistic massage. I am available within the lovely county of Kent on the North Kent Coast from my beautiful house in Birchington. I am also very happy to travel to your place if you so require.
I take time and care to understand my clients’ needs and to provide a high level of professional advice as far as maintaining a level of fitness which also includes massage to help prevent or repair injury. There is also available a relaxing Swedish and holistic massage to relieve the stresses of the everyday working life.

I also provide support (both moral and physical!) for people of all ages and abilities to help achieve personal goals and targets, be it competing in a specific sport or event or in some cases to just keep going and enjoy their activity. I am fully trained in proven techniques to manipulate soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia etc.) to enhance performance, speed up recovery, promote relaxation and maintain general wellbeing.
