Adult House Parties in Swansea

We are a married couple who host Adult Swingers House Parties in Swansea. We call our venue ''Fannys''. There are 10 Beautifully decorated and Themed Rooms over 3 floors to Socialise and Have Fun. This is very adult and not at all seedy.

We hold Social/Play Nights every Wednesday from 8pm until midnight, and Exclusive Parties every Saturday from 9.30 until 4am. We welcome Couples and Single Females and limited numbers of Single Males of all sexual orientations into our home to experience the Swinging Scene.

We have a strict ''No Pressure Policy'' here, this means that if you are just curious about the scene, you can come along without any pressure to do anything other that just enjoy yourself in the company of open minded friendly adults.

We provide unlimited soft drinks, teas, coffee and chilled water. Also a selection of nuts, crisp etc. We ask for a small contribution per head to cover our costs. You may bring your own alcohol if you wish. We also offer accommodation here after the party ends at a reasonable cost.
